Dr Ros Fatihah Muhammad

Dr Ros is a geologist whose research interest is on karst morphology, Quartenary paleontology and Quartenary science. She is the Malaysian delegate at the International Union of Speleology. She is currently a member of the Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya and chairs the Karst Working Group in the Geological Society of Malaysia.

Dr Zubaid is the longest-serving MCKC member on this committee, having been the President between 2018-2022 and currently as the Vice President since 2022. His work focuses on bats and their ecology.

Besides being an avid caver, Ms Vivien also does urbex. She captures her journey through photos and videos. She has a Bachelor's degree in marketing and is currently a Partnerships Lead at Big Boom Media.

Dr Nur Atiqah Abd Rahman

Dr Atiqah has PhD in Zoology from UKM and specializes in bats and animal ecology. Her interests include Conservation Biology and community engagement. She played a major role in the success of the Batu Caves Scientific Expedition. She is currently working as a Research Officer at Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM).

Dr Gerrel Miles Drawhorn

Dr Drawhorn is a Malaysian permanent resident from the United States who was a senior lecturer at CSU Sacremento (1995-2017). He has deep interest in Southeast Asian anthropology and caves regularly. He has been on the committee since 2022, providing insights about his work and other cave enthusiasts' in the state of Sarawak.

Mr Emir has a degree in Biology from Oregon State University (2018). He has been interested in karst ecology since working with CMG at Batu Caves in 2018. He is currently working as a Biology teacher at Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Sungai Besar, Selangor.

Mr Kevin has a degree in Electrical and Elctronics Engineering. Despite working in the supply chain industry, he has very keen interest in nature, especially regarding botany, hydrology, geology, history and geography.

Mr Shiraz has a degree in Engineering from UNSW Australia. He is a certified Open Water Scuba and Emergency First Response Instructor with PADI. He is currently teaching in manufacturing sector and also a committee member of the Malaysian Cave Diving Association (MCDA).
